Daniel Durning is a NYC born artist, educator, new media designer and
animator. His artwork is exhibited internationally, locally in NYC and online.


One of his recent projects includes the development of a radio program
Art and Technology, Discussions with Visual and Sound Artists produced
at MOMA's ground breaking internet radio station WPS1.

He also developed and organized the Red Hook Film and Video Festival
with its premiere screening October 13 & 14 in Red Hook Brooklyn.


In the field of digital production he has worked professionally as a
Web Designer & 3D animator
working professionally since the early 90's.

He teaches computer graphics and animation at various colleges in the NYC
area including Long Island Univesity in Brooklyn and Stevens Institute in Hoboken.

Since 1998 he has been a member of the Board of Directors
of NYC ACM SIGGRAPH; the leading computer graphics organization serving
the community of graphics and animation professionals in the New York City.
